The reflection tool lets you select coaching topics and write about impact, goals, and motivation. The Practice Studio also lets you create a simple personal action map. Optional consultation fields let you enter a name, state or country, preferred format, time zone, and suggested times. These fields remain in the open page until you choose to prepare and send an email through your own email application. These answers are held only in the open page, are not submitted to Gillious or stored by the site, and are cleared when the page is reloaded. You can copy them to your clipboard, where they are governed by your device’s clipboard behavior. The site does not process payments or maintain a client account. Contact links open your email or phone application. The guided consultation email contains chosen coaching topics and a request for a conversation; it excludes your written reflections and can include your selected package and support preference. You review and send it yourself. Information you send through those services is handled through the relevant service and Gillious’s communications process.
The brief consultation request
The short request form prepares a message containing your name, location, general coaching topic, and preferred conversation format. It does not submit these details to a server or book an appointment. You open, review, and send the email through your own email application. Do not include sensitive personal, health, employer, or client information.
Privacy in the coaching relationship
Before coaching begins, the written agreement explains records, the communication platform, confidentiality limits, and applicable disclosure obligations. Privacy is important, but absolute confidentiality or legal privilege is not promised. This individual coaching offer does not include employer reporting. Any employer-sponsored arrangement would require a separate agreement about participants, access, and information sharing.
Keep initial contact minimal
Email is not presented as a secure clinical communication channel. Do not include sensitive personal or health information. Appropriate communication methods and records practices are discussed before services begin.
Website hosting
The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the site, maintain security, and manage access. This website does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
